A PADI Discover Scuba Diving experience is a terrific way to find out what scuba diving is really like before you take the initial certification course. Have you ever wondered what it's like to breath underwater? You'll spend most of your time doing just at one of our pool training facilities.
The experience starts with an introduction to the basic principles of scuba diving and an overview of how to use the scuba gear supplied by Diver's Lair. Once you feel comfortable, your instructor will take you into the pool to enjoy the amazing feeling of breathing underwater.
Participants receive a certificate of completion recognizing their introduction to the underwater world at the end of the session which lasts approximately one-and-a-half hours. A portion of the fee can be applied to the Open Water Diver Certification.
